CHICAGO-Developer Bart Przyjemski is planning to build 3 four-story condominium buildings in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago. Each building will contain three condominium units and commercial space on the ground level.
The developer will replace the three existing buildings at 1864-1870 N. Damen St. with condos. Don Glisovich, a real estate investor, sold all three plots to the entity of Przyjemski for more than $1.5 million. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
