SEATTLE-Two more office buildings have been proposed in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood. Executives of Walsh Construction, along with an unnamed development partner, have filed preparatory paperwork for a 12-story office complex on Fairview Avenue North between Mercer and Republican streets.
Another developer Vulcan Real Estate has filed a preparatory paperwork for a six-story office complex at the junction of Mercer and Westlake Avenue North.
