MANNHEIM, GERMANY-Edeka Handelsgesellschaft Sudwest GmbH has agreed to renew its lease with Frankfurt-based Targareal Consulting GmbH for the food store in Weiherhof Center at Marstallstrasse 18 in Karlsruhe. The food store will occupy about 80,729 square feet in the center till October 2024.
Since 2009, Targareal has been managing the Weiherhof Center for the owner. The shopping center is located in the Durlach district and has leasable space of approximately 115,173 square feet. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
