HONOLULU-Ronald Lee of I2C Realty Ltd. reported that a piece of residential property that has been changed from office building into apartments in Waikiki has reached the market with a price tag of $5.5 million. The eight-story, 14,956-square-foot building at 436 Ena Road was constructed in 1990 and renovated in 2009.

Lee is marketing the multifamily property called Ena Motoi Building on behalf of the owners. The building, which has 33 units, is situated between Ala Moana Boulevard and Kalakaua Avenue. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
