NEW YORK CITY-FTI Consulting Inc. has renewed its lease for 23,200 square feet at 750 Third Ave. The advisory firm signed the lease renewal deal for nine years with SL Green Realty Corp.
West Palm Beach, Florida-based FTI has been occupying space in the 34-story building for six years. The asking rent for the new deal was $65 per square foot.
