FARMERS BRANCH, TX-A Houston-based company has purchased the Holiday Inn Select North Dallas, a 364-room hotel in Farmers Branch. Hugh Black-St. Mary Enterprises Inc. bought the two-building, 217,789-square-foot hotel at 2645 LBJ Fwy. near LBJ Freeway and Interstate 35 for an undisclosed price.
The foreclosed hotel was sold by LNR Property LLC. The hotel was originally built as the Summit Hotel in 1979 and was renovated in 2004. Hank Wolpert of Dallas-based Colliers International Hotels represented LNR Property in the sale. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
