BOSTON-Burlington, Massachusetts-based Linear Retail Properties has paid $4.9 million for a retail condominium measuring 4,479 square feet at 727-731 Boylston Street in the Back Bay area of Boston. The retail unit, situated between Fairfield and Exeter streets, is on the ground floor of a six-story office and retail building held by Uno Chicago Grill.
