ATLANTA-Novare Group, a developer based in Atlanta, is planning to build a 23-story tower in Midtown Atlanta. The mixed-use project, called 100 6th Street, will comprise 320 apartment units and will take form near the junction of Juniper and adjacent to Novare's Viewpoint condo tower.
The proposed plans for the new mixed-use tower will be discussed at a development review committee meeting in Midtown. The site formerly housed establishments including McCray's Sixth Street Tavern and Loca Luna. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
