NEW YORK CITY-Pernod Ricard USA, an affiliate of Paris-based Pernod Ricard SA, is relocating its New York City headquarters from 401 Park Ave. South to 250 Park Ave. The wine and spirits giant will take 82,300 square feet at 250 Park Ave. for 10 years.
Asking rent was $72 per square foot. Snezana Anderson and Michael Geoghegan of CBRE Group Inc. represented Pernod Ricard, while David Hoffman and Robert Billingsley of Cassidy Turley represented AEW Capital Management, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
