BUFFALO-Nick Sinatra, a real estate investor, has expanded his local apartment portfolio with the acquisition of two apartment complex in North Tonawanda. The investor has purchased the Belsito Apartments for $2.3 million through Ken-Ton Property Group LLC.
Sinatra bought the 25-unit complex on Robert Drive and the 28-unit complex on Mead Street in N. Tonawanda from brothers Frank Sciafini, Joseph Sciafini and Nunzio Castelli. The apartments, constructed in the mid-1970s, are 98% occupied. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
