NEW YORK CITY-Revolve has leased 3,000 square feet at 52 E. 13th St. between University Place and Broadway for its first city location. The new duplex contains 1,000 square feet of space on the lower level and 2,000 square feet of space on the ground level.
The asking rent for the space was $17,500 per month. Winick Realty Group brokers Annie Shinn and Lee Block represented Revolve, while Safeguard Realty broker Rudy Demasi represented the ownership in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
