ST. PAUL, MN-St. Paul has finalized financing for the construction of a residential and retail complex at 100 11th St. E. The city said that the financing for the Penfield project will close within 30 days and the construction will start soon afterwards.
The project will comprise a 27,000-square-foot Lunds store and 254 apartments. BKV Group Inc. is the architect and Weis Builders Inc. is the general contractor. The lender for the Penfield project is Dougherty Mortgage. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
