NEW YORK CITY-Two new tenants have inked lease deals totaling over 18,000 square feet at 1040 Avenue of the Americas. Dorma Group North America has leased 8,282 square feet and Exec-Comm has leased 9,750 square feet at the office building.
Both companies have signed the deals for 10 years. Dorma Group will pay $52 per square foot and Exec-Comm will pay 50 per square foot as rent.
