SEATTLE-A Vulcan Real Estate affiliate has filed preparatory paperwork with city planners to develop a seven-story apartment building at the north side of the University Bridge. The proposed project will comprise nearly 216 apartments, 8,700 square feet of commercial space and 200 parking stalls.
Paul Allen's Vulcan has owned the site at Northeast Campus Parkway since 2001. Seattle's advisory Northeast Design Review Board will consider the apartment project on June 4. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
