NEW YORK CITY-Zucker's Bagels & Smoked Fish has chosen a Lexington Avenue building for its second outpost. The eatery recently signed a lease for 15 years with Sherwood Equities for 1,700 square feet at 370 Lexington Ave.
The asking price for the leased space was $120 per square foot. Zucker's will replace noodle shop Nooi in the building. Newcorn Realty Co.'s Warren Newcorn represented Zucker's, while Adam Weissleder and Fred Rosenberg of Sherwood Equities represented the landlord in-house in the lease negotiation.
