PEMBROKE PINES, FL-Astor & Black Custom Clothiers is relocating its corporate headquarters to Pembroke Pines from Columbus, Ohio. The clothing company will lease roughly 22,000 square feet at the Miami Herald Building located at 2010 N.W. 150th Ave. in the Broward County.
The company will generate 62 jobs in the local area and will spend $1.475 million in capital expenses for construction and refurbishment, leasehold improvements and the acquirement of computer equipment, information technology software, furniture and other equipment.
