SAN JOSE, CA-San Francisco-based Ellis Partners LLC is planning for a 956,000-square-foot office campus in San Jose. The company has presented formal entitlements to develop the campus at 2325 Orchard Parkway.
Ellis Partners bought the site last August for $48.5 million from Atmel Corp. The property comprises 12.9 acres of vacant tract and a 291,000-square-foot building that houses Atmel's headquarters. Ellis Partners has plans to renovate the existing building and add three structures totaling 665,000 square feet to create a campus named 101 Tech.
