MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Los Angeles-based Kilroy Realty Corp. has completed its second acquisition in Silicon Valley this year. The developer has bought 690 E. Middlefield Road from Dostart Development Company LLC and Rockwood Capital Partners LLC for an undisclosed price.
The firm will develop, own and operate a 341,000-square-foot office campus on the Mountain View site under a 15-year lease agreement for Synopsys Inc.
