PITTSBURGH-Downtown-based McKnight Realty Partners has secured a new tenant to occupy space at the Henry W. Oliver Building. Metz Lewis Brodman Must & O'Keefe LLC has inked a long-term lease for over 21,000 square feet at the 471,000-square-foot building.

McKnight purchased the Henry W. Oliver Building in October. TarquinCore LLC's Joe Fryz and Ron Tarquinio represented the law firm, while Tim Goetz of Grant Street Associates, which is associated with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the owner along with McKnight's Christine Stinson and Mike Locke.
