ST. LOUIS-NorthMarq has arranged $9 million in first mortgage refinancing for Ronnie's Plaza in St. Louis. The retail center, which measures roughly 190,000 square feet, is situated on the northwest end of Baptist Church Road and South Lindbergh in St. Louis County.
The center is anchored by Ronnie's 20 Cinema, TGI Fridays, 54th Street Grill and SSM Healthcare of St. Louis. Jeff Chaney from the St. Louis office of NorthMarq arranged the 10-year refinancing deal that has a 10-year amortization schedule. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
