BOSTON-Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets division has closed the sale of One Faneuil Hall, an office and retail building in Boston. Faneuil Hall Square LLC has sold the building for $40 million.
The eight-story building, developed in 1989, comprises approximately 44,000 square feet of space. It was designed by Graham Gund. The property is fully occupied by three tenants, namely, Abercrombie & Fitch, the Cue Ball Group LLC and EC Boston Language Center. Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
