NEW YORK CITY-San Francisco-based Gap Inc. has chosen the Manhattan neighborhood for its new venture. Piperlime, the Gap-owned e-commerce site, has leased a 4,000-square-foot store at 121 Wooster St. from Jordan Wooster LLC.
Piperlime will open the store in SoHo this fall. The asking rent for the 10-year deal was $200 per square foot. Justin Fantasia and Ariel Schuster from Robert K. Futterman & Associates brokered the deal for Piperlime, while Chris Owles and Sarah Shannon of Sinvin Real Estate negotiated for the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
