ATLANTA-Prudential Real Estate Investors has recently paid $53.5 million for Axis at Perimeter, a 312-unit apartment complex in Atlanta. As reported by DeKalb County records, the deal was closed on April 25.
Lane Co. was the previous owner of the Axis at Perimeter apartments. The complex is now 94% occupied. David Gutting, Elliot Howell and Derrick Bloom from Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. handled the sale of the apartment complex. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
