AUSTIN, TX-Retail Solutions has closed three retail leases totaling 51,129 square feet in Austin on behalf of landlords. H.E.B. Grocery Co. has renewed its lease for a 47,729-square-foot space at Southridge Plaza at 500 W. William Cannon Drive.
