MIAMI-Swire Properties is planning to start construction on its Brickell CitiCentre project at the end of June. The $1.05-billion project will come up on a 9.1-acre site on South Miami Avenue in Miami.
The first phase of the Brickell CitiCentre project will include five structures with 520,000 square feet of retail stores, 243 hotel rooms, 800 condominium units, 93 serviced apartments and 3,100 parking spaces as well as a 110,000-square-foot office tower.
