TUSTIN, CA-Lee & Associates has closed the sale of three commercial buildings in Tustin for $13.5 million. The buildings, which comprise a total area 139,558 square feet, are situated at the corner of Bell and Red Hill avenues and they are 75% vacant.
Current occupiers include Bastien and Associates, Galaxy Hotels, Transpacific Management and State of California. The properties were sold by U.S. Bank National Association, Situs Holdings LLC.
