GRAFTON, WI-Wangard Partners Inc. is planning to start construction next month on an office building measuring 45,000 square feet in Grafton. The one-story office building will be constructed on a 6.13-acre vacant property at the southwest edge of Cheyenne Avenue and Badger Circle.
The developer will receive a $100,000 incentive from the village to balance the expense of moving earth on the place to make the tract suitable for development. Grafton also will construct a $250,000 road to serve the building. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
