HOUSTON-Bray International Inc. has signed a new lease for 80,200 square feet in Westland Business Park situated in Northwest Houston. The company renewed its lease for 84,420 square feet at the Westland I building and leased the additional space at the Westland II building.
With the new lease deal, Bray International will fill 29% of the park's Westland I and II buildings, which are owned by Duke Realty Corp. Bray International and Duke Realty had in-house representation in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
