Endo-Therapeutics Inc. has leased 17,875 square feet; Pinellas Federal Credit Union has taken 2,607 square feet; Clearwater Professional Accounting has occupied 2,610 square feet; Easy Living with Technology LLC has taken 4,827 square feet; and Nelco Products Inc. has renewed its 17,050-square-foot lease at the building at 15201 Roosevelt Blvd.
