TAMPA, FL-Franklin Street Real Estate Services has closed the sale of the Merasol on Bayshore in Tampa for $1,049,000. Jacksonville-based Tiger Investment Group Inc. sold the 25-unit, 14,500-square-foot property at 6515 Bayshore Blvd. situated between W. Bay Haven Drive and Bayshore Vista Drive to Tampa-based NSP III Inc.
The sales price represents $72.34 per square foot and $41,960 per unit. The multifamily property was earlier sold in 2005 for $1,810,000. Bob Goldfinger, Darron Kattan and Kevin Kelleher of Franklin Street brokered the sale. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
