ORLANDO-Planet Hollywood International Inc. is expanding its Orlando office space to accommodate more employees. The company has signed a lease for 11 years with Duke Realty Corp. for 27,500 square feet of space at the Millenia Lakes I building.
Joe Abascal, Matthew McKeever and Rick Solik of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Planet Hollywood, while Tim Perry from Duke Realty represented the landlord in-house in the deal. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
