MOUNT LAUREL, NJ-Jenkintown, Pennsylvania-based Scully Co. has purchased Stirling Court, an 88-unit apartment complex in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, for approximately $8.8 million. The apartment community was originally included in the Larchmont Village I project near the New Jersey Turnpike.
The company owns the 360-unit Hunters Chase community in nearby Marlton and the Hamilton Greene apartment complex in Mays Landing. Stirling Court contains one-bedroom apartment units averaging 950 square feet. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
