EMERYVILLE, CA-TMG Partners and Essex Property Trust are planning to break ground on a 190-unit apartment building in Emeryville. The $54-million project will come up at Christie and 64th streets on a site that is portion of the 14-acre Emeryville Public Market site.
The new apartment project is the first residential component of TMG Partners' reconstruction of the Emeryville Public Market. The project was designed by San Francisco-based Steinberg Architects. It is expected to be completed in two years. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
