MISSION, KS-VinSolutions LLC, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based AutoTrader.com, has expanded its footprint in Kansas. The auto dealer software company has leased 18,000 square feet at Mission Tower at 5700 Broadmoor St.
The company already occupies 35,000 square feet of space at the Cloverleaf Office Park situated in Overland Park. The newly leased space can house 120 workstations. Ryan Schneider from Jones Lang LaSalle's Kansas City office represented VinSolutions and Zimmer Real Estate Services' Susan Smith represented Bannister Realty, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
