BERLIN-Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH has bought an office complex named Markgrafenpark in central Berlin for a price of roughly EUR 80 million. The eight-building office property is situated close to Friedrichstrasse. Allianz Real Estate Germany purchased the complex measuring 430,556 square feet for the German Allianz insurance companies. JobCenter and BKK Verkehrsbau Union are the major tenants of the complex, occupying 85% of its floor space.
