RALEIGH, NC-Washington, DC-based Federal Capital Partners is planning to build approximately 400 apartments in an upscale area of Raleigh. The new project, called Ramblewood Apartments, will be built on a 15-acre land in Raleigh's North Hills area.
This project will be the fourth investment for Federal Capital in the Triangle area in 15 months. Kane Realty Corp. of Raleigh will be partnering with Federal Capital on the project. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
