SAN DIEGO-Rosecrans Plaza Kiffmann LLC has purchased a retail center named Glasshouse Square for a price of $24 million. Great American Capital was the seller of the shopping center located at 3146 Sports Arena Blvd. in San Diego. The four-building property, constructed in 1981, measures 101,818 square feet and is 100% leased to tenants, including Gold's Gym, Ultrazone and Staples.
