COLOGNE, GERMANY-Invesco Real Estate (IRE) has acquired two logistics facilities in Germany and Sweden for approximately EUR 83 million on behalf of a pan-European fund mandate. The company bought a logistics centre measuring 317,535 square feet in Frechen near Cologne and a logistics unit measuring roughly 387,500 square feet in Norrkoping situated southwest of Stockholm.
The Frechen center is leased to Antalis GmbH and the Norrkoping unit is leased to Stadium. IRE carried out the deal together with Scius Partners. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
