NEW YORK CITY-Community Board 3 may likely to approve a proposal for a major redevelopment project on a city-owned site located south of 96th Street. If everything goes according to the plan, the five parking lots will be converted into a huge complex measuring 1.65 million square feet.
The plan called as the Seward Park Mixed-Use Development Project will have 60% commercial space and 40% residential space featuring approximately 900 apartment units, of which affordable units will be half the number. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
