BROOKFIELD, WI-Three Blue Mound Road properties have been sold in separate deals for a total price of roughly $10 million. The properties include a former Uno's restaurant, the Furniture Deals and Steals site, and a shopping center called Plaza 173. The largest deal was the sale of Plaza 173 for $4.8 million through a foreclosure auction. Brookfield Acquisitions LLC paid $4.5 million to purchase the Furniture Deals and Steals site measuring 5.6 acres in Brookfield.
