BALTIMORE-A fully occupied apartment building on Westchester Road in west Baltimore City will be sold at an auction. Alex Cooper Auctioneers Inc. will sell the Westchester Apartments, a 46-unit building at 4500-4506 Westchester Road, at the auction on Thursday.
The 40,000-square-foot complex was built during the 1990s and it comprises 4 one-bedroom units and 42 two-bedroom units. Bowie-based Saints Real Estate Ventures LLC bought the apartment complex for $2.4 million in 2001. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
