BOYNTON BEACH, FL-The Altman Companies, a multifamily developer, is planning to develop apartment communities in Boynton Beach, Pembroke Pines, Kendall and Coconut Creek. The four communities, which will add 1,110 units to the South Florida market, will be marketed as Altis at Renaissance Commons in Boynton Beach, Altis at Pembroke Pines, Altis at Kendall Commons and Altis at Coconut Creek.
