NEWINGTON, CT-Colliers International has closed two industrial leases totaling 30,500 square feet in Connecticut. E&S Joint Venture II has inked a long-term lease with L&L Realty, LLC for 18,000 square feet of space at 697 Cedar St. in Newington and SOS Express Global Inc. inked a long-term lease with D'Amato Associates LLC for 12,500 square feet of space at 400 Middle St. in Bristol.
