PARKLAND, FL-Standard Pacific Homes will start construction on a 450-unit project in Parkland. The Irvine, California-based homebuilder will break ground on Watercrest at Parkland, a 288-acre master-planned community, on Tuesday.
The property is located between Loxahatchee Road and County Line Road. Standard Pacific Homes will launch sales for the development in 2013. The project will include homes ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet in size. In South Florida, the homebuilder has five single-family home communities.
