EL MIRAGE, AZ-Lennar Homes will construct 83 new single-family homes in El Mirage. The homebuilder's Discovery at Montecito Estates is situated at El Mirage and Thompson Ranch roads in the West Valley.
The size of the single-family homes will range from 1,300 to 2,900 square feet and will be built on 5,000-square-foot lots. Lennar, which has 16 new housing developments in the West Valley, has not disclosed the prices for the new homes. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
