LONDON-Westminster City Council has granted planning permission for a mixed-use development project on a key site located at Oxford Street. The Co-Operative Insurance Society has hired ESA to design and develop the project, which consists of former Boot's buildings at 59 Berwick Street, and at 149 and 151 Oxford Street. As per the plan, the retail-led project will feature retail space, office space and apartments.

Work on the project is started this month and is slated for completion next spring. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
