CARMEL, IN-Dallas-based Senior Quality Lifestyles Corp. will invest approximately $2 million into a stalled senior living community in Indiana. The developer of resort-style retirement communities has collaborated with the Barrington of Carmel to consider the financing required to start construction on the Carmel project late this summer.
The Barrington of Carmel will comprise 134 independent living apartment homes, a bistro, fine dining, fitness and wellness centers, salon and spa, creative arts studio, library and other amenities. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
