BOSTON-The 11-story building at Dartmouth and Stuart streets in Copley Square in Boston is attracting potential buyers. A source said that the property could fetch nearly $40 million.

VEF and Gold Associates purchased the 163,770-square-foot property in 2004 for $37.5 million. But in 2009, Chicago-based Corus Bank foreclosed on the building and later bought it for $17 million at an auction. Later, Starwood Capital Group purchased the assets in a joint venture with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
