KISSIMMEE, FL-Tampa-based Blue Rock Partners LLC, in partnership with Miami-based Aztec Group Inc. and Deerfield Beach-based Konover South LLC, has purchased Woodside Apartments, a 208-unit property in Kissimmee, for $5.4 million. The company acquired the property from Freddie Mac.
Blue Rock Partners will spend $2.5 million to upgrade the Kissimmee property. The company has rebranded Woodside Apartments as Park at Sorrento. It has purchased the property to surpass 2,000 Orlando-area units. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
