CHICAGO-A company managed by Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani has acquired an interest in the 334-room Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel near Millennium Park. Al Rayyan Tourism & Investment Co., an arm of Al Faisal Holding Co., purchased an undisclosed stake in the hotel from Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Magellan Development Group.
The Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel is part of Aqua, an 82-story high-rise at 225 N. Columbus Drive. Carlson Rezidor will continue to manage the hotel. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
